Prince Toye attended West London Institute of Higher Education where he attained a Higher Diploma. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School(LBS).

His business interests are across Oil servicing, Shipping, Freight Forwarding and Logistics, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Engineering and Consultancy.He is the Chairman of; Panat Group, Safety Centre International, Intertec Engineering Services, Macadams baking systems and Macadams baking solutions, Honebake ltd, Stephens and Sarahs, Sakama-Afri Venturesa. He is a Director in; Vibro Flotation ltd, Hyra Motors and Vektro Foods.

Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Ope was certified as a Master of Pharmacy in the United Kingdom in 2008. Over the years, Ope has gained experience within the pharmaceutical field of clinical dispensing, retailing and distribution of medicines, medical appliances and cosmetics on behalf of multinationals and small Pharma alike.

As a UK licensed and registered Pharmacist, he worked in hospital, community and industrial sectors of the pharmaceutical field. He had managed several outlets of the largest retail pharmacy chain in the UK before been appointed the Superintendent pharmacist of Accordia Investment Ltd. Upon completion of his task with the investment company in 2013, he returned home to Nigeria to establish Charterhouse Pharmaceutics.

He remains a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) and a member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) since its inception. Currently a licensed and registered member of the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria(PCN) and the Pharmacist Society of Nigeria(PSN).

Director

Seyi is a Systems Engineering and Management major graduate from Richmond American International University in London. He also holds an M.Sc in International Business Management from University of Surrey. He has participated in several business and management courses in Nigeria and abroad.

He joined Reliance Trade Corporation, a top commodity trading outfit in London as a commodity trader and rose in 14 months to Head of Sales and Marketing where he traded over 25,000 Metric Tones of Thai Parboiled Rice, 10,000 Metric Tones of ICUMSA 45 Brazilian sugar, over 20,000 Metric Tones of NPK and Urea (fertilizer products) and 150 Containers of Saint Louis Crystal Sugar cubes all into Nigeria.

In 2004 he founded Infinity Foods Investment Limited in Nigeria where he was the Managing Director/CEO until his appointment with Hyra Motors as the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO.In recognition of his entrepreneurial and managerial skills he was awarded DISTINGUISHED YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2007 by National Daily. He has been named in several newspapers as one of the young, dynamic and innovative talents in Nigeria.

Director

Ayodeji is the Chief Operating Officer of Macadams Baking Systems Nigeria Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Panat Nigeria Limited.

He holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Wales in Cardiff and went on to attain a Diploma in Routing and Telecommunication from Bickhenhall College for Computing, London. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), a Cisco Information Security Specialist (SND) and a recognised Information Systems Security Professional(INFOSEC).

He started his career as a Junior Network Engineer at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Cardiff before moving to Nigeria to join Systemspecs, one of the leading Software Houses as a Systems Engineer. He has worked on a number of projects and has a vast knowledge of computer networking and software development.
